Tasty Tuesday

This is a great recipe for leftover ham!!!

Pineapple Ham Bake

2 (8 oz) cans crushed pineapple, un-drained
2/3 c. packed brown sugar
1 T. vinegar
2 t. ground mustard
fully cooked ham, cut into bite sizzed pieces

Combine 1st 4 ingredients in an ungreased 2- quart baking dish. Mix well. Stir in ham. Bake 350* 30-40 minutes.

I like to serve this over rice. Yum-O!
