1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. crisco
1 egg, well beaten
1 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. soda
1/2 t. vanilla
Sift together salt, soda and flour. Mix in remaining ingredients. Roll into balls, then roll into cinnamon/sugar mixture. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake 325* 10-12 minutes.
